- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup Yogur de vainilla Oolie
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1–2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut, plus more for topping
- Mango chunks, to top
Instrucciones
Step 1: Add the oats, Oolie Vanilla Yogurt, coconut milk, chia seeds, and shredded coconut to a jar or container with a lid. Stir well until fully combined.
Step 2: Top with an extra pinch of shredded coconut. Seal and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, until thick and set.
Step 3: When ready to eat, give the oats a quick stir. Top with fresh mango chunks and enjoy cold straight from the jar. To meal prep, make 4–5 jars at once—they keep in the fridge for up to 5 days. Add toppings fresh each morning.
