Buffalo Chicken Dip with Rotisserie Chicken

Buffalo Chicken Dip with Rotisserie Chicken

This buffalo chicken dip is the game day appetizer that skips the usual four-container lineup, and it comes together in about 35 minutes.

Most buffalo chicken dip recipes call for cream cheese, sour cream, store bought dressing, and a seasoning packet before the chicken even goes in. Dip de ajo y hierbas Oolie replaces all four in one step, bringing the creamy, herby base already built in. Stir it with wing sauce, fold in shredded rotisserie chicken, and bake until bubbling…that’s the whole method.

This is the kind of dip that works for a full watch party, a tailgate, or a last-minute late-summer get-together before the season fully takes over the calendar. It reheats well, travels well covered in foil, and disappears fast off any spread.

Easy, creamy, and ready in 35 minutes. This is what game day appetizers should actually look like.

INGREDIENTES

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (about half a rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 cup Oolie Garlic & Herb Dip
  • 1/2 cup buffalo-style wing sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, dairy-free or regular
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instrucciones

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F. Have an 8-inch baking dish or 9-inch pie plate ready and set aside, no greasing needed.

Step 2: Pull the rotisserie chicken off the bones in shreds, discarding the skin. Break up any large pieces so the dip scoops evenly.

Step 3: In a large bowl, stir together the Oolie Garlic & Herb Dip and buffalo-style wing sauce until smooth and fully combined.

Step 4: Add the shredded chicken, black pepper, and about 3/4 cup of the shredded cheese. Fold until every shred is coated.

Step 5: Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and scatter the remaining cheese on top. Bake for 22 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling and the top is melted.

Step 6: Let the dip rest for 5 minutes to thicken, then scatter green onions on top. Serve warm with celery, carrots, tortilla chips, or crackers.
