There’s something very satisfying about a frozen cookie sandwich — especially when it doesn’t require an ice cream machine or a pint of heavy cream. Built with Oolie’s Berry Blend Yogurt, these come together in minutes and live quietly in your freezer, ready whenever you need something sweet.
They’re portioned, protein-forward, dairy-free, and surprisingly practical — the kind of treat that works for busy parents, afternoon snack breaks, or anyone trying to keep dessert simple without giving it up entirely.

Time: 15 minutes prep + 2–3 hours freezing

Ingredients
2 (5.3 oz) containers Oolie Berry Blend Yogurt
½ cup wild blueberries (fresh or frozen)
12 crisp cookies (ginger cookies pictured, graham or vanilla wafers also work)
¾ cup dark chocolate, melted
Extra crushed cookie, for garnish
Instructions
Mix the filling: In a bowl, gently fold wild blueberries into the Oolie Berry Blend Yogurt.
Assemble: Lay 6 cookies flat on a parchment-lined tray. Using an ice cream scoop, portion the yogurt mixture onto each cookie. Top with a second cookie and press gently to spread the filling evenly.
Freeze: Freeze 2–3 hours, until firm.
Dip & finish: Dip half of each frozen sandwich into melted dark chocolate. Immediately sprinkle with crushed cookie crumbs. Return to freezer until set.
Store frozen and let sit at room temperature 2–3 minutes before serving.
