Beet Bliss Winter Power Bowl (Crispy Tofu + Wild Rice)
Beet Bliss Winter Power Bowl (Crispy Tofu + Wild Rice)
January food should feel grounding, nourishing, and satisfying—not like a punishment. This winter power bowl checks all three boxes. Oolie’s Red Beet Bliss Dip pulls double duty here, acting as both a glaze and a dressing, adding deep color, subtle sweetness, and acidity without any extra sauces or prep.
Crispy tofu, chewy wild rice, fresh vegetables, and a vibrant beet-forward finish make this bowl hearty enough to keep you full and polished enough to feel intentional. It’s Dairy-Free, and ideal for meal prep without getting boring by day three.
