Do Oolie products need to be refrigerated?

Nope! Our dips and yogurts are fully heat-pasteurized, so they’re shelf-stable. But we recommend keeping them chilled—so your Oolie is always ready to spoon into. Just so you know: Oolie products aren’t made for freezing. All that eggy goodness means the texture might not survive a freeze-thaw cycle. (You want that creamy high-protein perfection exactly as intended.)

How long does each product stay fresh once opened?

We follow FDA guidelines for open protein products, once you crack the seal, enjoy your Oolie within 7 days. That shouldn’t be hard though, because it’s that delicious.

Why does Oolie use eggs?

Because eggs are nature’s perfect protein. They’re the gold standard—complete (all 9 essential amino acids), highly bioavailable (your body actually absorbs and uses them), and naturally nutrient-dense. But here’s the other part of our story: we boil and peel millions of eggs every day—and not all of them peel perfectly. So, instead of letting perfectly good nutrition go to waste, we created a patent-pending process that transforms those “ugly” Free-Range eggs into the rich, creamy base for the world’s first protein-rich, dairy-free dips and yogurts. Less waste, more deliciousness—that’s the Oolie way.

What kind of eggs are used? Are they cooked first?

We use Free-Range and Organic eggs that are hard-boiled but didn’t make the cut for “picture-perfect peeled.” These happy hens get to roam outdoors, which means their eggs are packed with extra nutrients. Instead of tossing our imperfect eggs, we “upcycled” them into deliciously creamy, protein-nutritious dips and yogurts.

What is your commitment to sustainability/ingredient sourcing?

We partner with small family farmers who raise Free-Range and Organic hens the right way—with quality feed, safe pastures for roaming, and daily care using regenerative farming practices with respect to the land and the flock. Beyond the eggs, every ingredient we source is free from artificial additives or weird stuff you can’t pronounce. Clean recipes, real ingredients, and a whole lot of respect for where our food comes from—that’s non-negotiable for us.

Will it taste eggy? (or, what does it taste like?)

Not even a little bit. Our dips and yogurts are deliciously smooth and creamy with zero eggy taste. The secret? Eggs are natural flavor absorbers and emulsifiers, which means they soak up all those bold, delicious flavors we add while creating that rich, creamy texture—no oils or fillers needed. Think hollandaise sauce or crème brûlée—eggs create the creamy magic behind the scenes while packing in protein and nutrition.

Are the products Kosher?

Yes. All Oolie products are OU Kosher.

What allergy restrictions do Oolie dips and yogurts have?

All Oolie dips and yogurts contain eggs, and our Mediterranean Tomato Dip also has sesame. Oolie’s delicioiusly extra products are free from dairy, soy, nuts, gluten, and seed oils.

Are Oolie dips and yogurts suitable for special diets?

Our dips and yogurts are celiac-friendly, dairy-free, soy-free, nut-free, vegetarian, high-protein, and free from all oils and seed oils. Clean ingredients, serious nutrients, and nothing you don’t need.
Our dips are also keto-compliant, diabetic-friendly, and fit right into Mediterranean diets. Whether you’re managing dietary restrictions or just chasing better-for-you foods, Oolie’s got you covered.

Shipping/Returns

What is your return/refund policy?

For food safety reasons, we can’t accept returns. But if something’s not right with your order, we’ll happily send you a replacement flavor or product within 14 days of delivery.

And look, if Oolie just isn’t your jam, we get it. We’ll issue you a refund (limit one per customer, please). No hard feelings—we appreciate your willingness to try something so unique.

How soon will I receive my order?

Most orders ship within two business days, and you’ll get tracking info as soon as your Oolie is on its way. From there, it’s up to our shipping partners to get that creamy protein goodness to your door.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

If your tracking says “delivered” but your Oolie is nowhere to be found, check with neighbors or your building first. Still missing? Reach out to us the next business day at hello@ooliefoods.com and we’ll help sort it out.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet—we’re currently shipping within the US only.

How do I apply a discount code to my order?

Just look for “Add promo code” in your cart or on the checkout page, pop your code in, and watch those deliciously extra savings kick in.

Can I edit or cancel an order once it has been placed?

Our packing team moves fast, so once your order is confirmed, we usually can’t make changes or cancel it. That said, give us a call at (833) 423-3663 and we’ll do our best to help if we can catch it in time.

Can I buy just one dip or yogurt online?

Not individually, but we’ve got you covered with Oolie Sampler Packs. Our dip sampler includes 1 of each flavor, and our yogurt sampler has 3 of each flavor—perfect for finding your favorites.
After that, you can build a Bundle with a minimum of 3 items and stock up on what you love. We don’t offer single-item orders because shipping and handling costs would be, well, not great for just one container. We’d rather keep things efficient (and affordable) for you.
