Garlic & Herb Creamy White Bean Soup + Sourdough
Garlic & Herb Creamy White Bean Soup + Sourdough
This is the kind of soup you make when it’s cold out and you want comfort, but not a project. Oolie’s Garlic & Herb Dip turns a few pantry staples into a silky, spoonable bowl with zero chopping and zero cream. No sautéed onions, no garlic prep, no heavy dairy—just beans, broth, and a dip that already knows what it’s doing.
It’s cozy without being heavy, protein-forward thanks to beans and bone broth, and exactly what winter lunches or easy weeknight dinners should look like.
